NONO VPN1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Nono VPN, provided by Chifae LLC. By downloading, purchasing or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. The standard license terms of the platform through which you obtained the app also apply where required.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter this agreement and comply with the laws that apply where you use the service. You are responsible for your account, devices and sign-in credentials. Do not share access beyond the device allowance shown in the app.
3. Acceptable use
You may use Nono VPN only for lawful purposes. You must not use it to attack systems, distribute malware, send spam, infringe rights, evade lawful restrictions, interfere with the network, resell access without permission or engage in activity that harms others or the service.
4. Subscriptions
Monthly and yearly subscriptions are offered through the device platform’s in-app purchase system. Prices and billing periods are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your platform account. Unless a product is expressly presented as non-renewing, a subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The platform may charge the renewal within 24 hours before that period ends.
5. Managing and restoring purchases
You can manage or cancel a subscription in your platform account settings and restore eligible purchases from the app. Deleting Nono VPN or deleting your Nono VPN account does not cancel a platform subscription. Refund requests are handled by the payment platform under its applicable policies.
6. Service availability
Server availability, speed, locations and compatibility may change. Performance depends on your device, network, location and third-party infrastructure. We may maintain, modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the service where reasonably necessary. No VPN can guarantee complete anonymity, uninterrupted availability or protection from every threat.
7. Suspension
We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate fraud, address non-payment, comply with law or respond to a material breach of these Terms.
8. Intellectual property
Nono VPN, its software, interface, brand and original content belong to Chifae LLC or its licensors. These Terms give you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership.
9. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided to the extent permitted by law without guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Chifae LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by unlawful use, third-party services, network conditions or events outside reasonable control. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms when the service or applicable requirements change. Material changes will be communicated where required. Questions can be submitted through the support link in the app or the customer area on this website.
